Summer Visit to Lambeth Palace: Tuesday 24th July 2018

The Society usually organises a visit to a Catholic place of interest every summer. This year we are visiting Lambeth Palace in London. The visit will start at 2.30pm with Mass in the 13th Century Crypt, followed by a 90 minute tour of the Palace and tea afterwards. Lambeth Palace has been the residence of the Archbishops of Canterbury for nearly 800 years. Archbishop Welby is the 106th.

The tour is limited to 40 participants. If you would like to attend, please complete the booking form enclosed with the AGM notice. You are welcome to bring guests. Tickets are £25 per person (includes a donation of £7).

Autumn Reception: Tuesday 6th November 2018

The Autumn Reception will be held at 6.45pm in The Throne Room at Archbishop’s House in the presence of the Cardinal. There is usually a guest speaker. Attendance is by ticket, obtained using the application form enclosed with the Annual Newsletter. Members may bring guests and are encouraged to do so!
